Natur- und Tierfotografie aus Berlin
Ich bin Kulturwisssenschaftlerin und arbeite hauptberuflich im Kommunikationsbereich. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich so oft wie möglich in der Natur. Vor einigen Jahren habe ich die Natur- und Tierfotografie für mich entdeckt. Sie ist für mich eine Möglichkeit, in Kontakt mit der Natur zu sein, sie zu beobachten und von ihr zu lernen. Dabei versteht es sich von selbst und ist doch nicht selbstverständlich, dass ich darauf achte, Tiere, die ich fotografiere, möglichst wenig zu stören. Ich fotografiere außerdem nur wild lebende Tiere, auch wenn das zunehmend urbane Räume impliziert.
I have a background in cultural studies and communication, but I spend as much of my free time as possible in nature. A few years ago, I discovered nature and wildlife photography for myself as a way to connect with nature, observe it, and learn from it.
It goes without saying, though it is not always a given, that I take great care to disturb the animals I photograph as little as possible. I also focus exclusively on photographing wild animals, even as their habitats increasingly extend into urban spaces.
